Conscious Container Joins the Ellen MacArthur Foundation CE 100

Conscious Container is honored and excited to be invited to join the Ellen MacArthur Foundation's Circular Economy 100 (CE100) Network starting April 28, 2020. The CE100 Network invites companies and innovators from around the globe to gather in a pre-competitive space to create business solutions designed to accelerate our transition to a circular economy.

The CE100 will give Conscious Container a 'seat at the table' with some of the largest beverage producers in the world, many of whom have published circular packaging sustainability targets to be achieved by 2025. These targets include implementing reusable/refillable packaging solutions, which aligns perfectly with Conscious Container's vision of 'a world of reuse cultures and economies'.

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation works with business, government and academia to build a framework for an economy that is restorative and regenerative by design. Founded in 2010 by Dame Ellen MacArthur, the question was 'what is the goal, what are we trying to get to? How can our economy run in the long term when it is dependent on taking a material out of the ground, making something out of it and ultimately throwing it away?'. There had to be another way.

We at Conscious Container deeply believe in the regenerative and restorative benefits of a circular economy. We are inspired by the work of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and look forward to collaborating with our CE100 cohorts to bring our circular economy refillable glass bottle system into our United States infrastructure and economy.

Here we go....
